Two kinds of urgent
Same-day, normal hours
Mon–Sat 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Call or text and Eric comes out the same day across the West Valley, with a free estimate on site. This is standard, not a premium.
Emergency, after hours
Outside those hours, when the house can't be secured or a vehicle is trapped, call anyway. Eric will tell you straight whether he can get there tonight. After-hours work carries an additional fee that depends on the situation and the drive, and Eric will tell you the after-hours fee before he heads out.
What counts as an emergency
The door is open and won't close, so the house isn't secure. A car is inside and the door won't lift. The door has come off the track and is hanging. A spring has broken and someone needs to get to work in the morning. Those get the after-hours call.
Secure the house first
If the door won't close, pull the emergency release cord and lower the door by hand only if the springs are intact. If you're not sure, leave it and call.

What counts as an emergency?
A door that won't close and leaves the house open, a car stuck inside, a door hanging off the track, or a spring that failed with the door half open. If it's unsafe or you can't secure the house, call.
Is same-day service extra?
No. Same-day service during business hours, Mon–Sat 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, is our normal service at normal pricing. Emergency service outside those hours carries an additional fee on top of the repair. Free estimates either way.
What should I do while I wait?
Unplug the opener so nobody tries to run it, keep people and pets away from the door, and don't try to lift a door with a broken spring.
